  • Home Run for Lincoln

    By JRBoca| on Friday, August 16, 2019

    5.0

I was lucky enough to get one of the first Aviators in South Florida a few weeks ago and love the car. I had been following development for some time, but wanted to see the finished product before moving forward. I was not disappointed as the car lived up to it's hype in every aspect. First off, the fit and finish is as good or better than any of the more expensive European SUVs. The interior leather and detail are worth every penny spent for the Black Label edition. Although, I only have a few weeks with the car I have done a couple of 400+ mile trips and the performance and ride are exceptional. I'll update this review after I've had six months behind the wheel.

  • As good as any luxury SUV on the market.

I watched all the YouTube reviews, including KBB.com, Doug DeMuro and Redline. They were all unanimous in their high praise of the quality, luxury, comfort and performance of this very competitive SUV. I got the black label aviator blue with ivory interior, similar to the Matthew McConaughey version. Driving around in New York City, I can see plenty of heads turn as I drive slowly around town. The only downside is the 16 to 17 miles per gallon average that I am getting, but it uses regular fuel which is a huge savings. ($2 vs. $3/gallon in NJ). This vehicle sticker price is $81,000. If I were to do it again, I would get the plug-in hybrid black label version. Nonetheless, I love this car all around. The perks with a black label Lincoln are huge including home pick up, loaners, maintenance, car washes and detailing all included with the purchase of the vehicle. This was especially helpful while buying the car in April 2020, the height of the Covid pandemic in the New York area.

  • Lots of power. Handles well in snow.

Everything I was looking for. Handles well. lots of room for a good road trip with golf clubs, dog, and luggage with rear seats down. Takes a while to get used to all technology on the car but easy once you figure it out. I like the fact it doesn’t look like a copy cat of the foreign suv on the market
