Lawyers suing over “forever chemicals” in the nation’s drinking water supplies struck a fourth settlement: a $316.5 million deal with BASF Corp.
Tuesday’s announcement comes after the same lawyers reached deals totaling more than $14 billion with DuPont, 3M and Tyco.
