Well, Rupert Witherbottom, you’ve finally arrived. This is a massive, English-style barley wine aged for one year in barrels from Bourbon County, Kentucky.

This beer was brewed to raise awareness about our legislative push to redefine what a microbrewery is in Indiana. Under 2010 law, small breweries were limited to 20,000 barrels. Thanks to the work of Sun King and other Indiana craft brewers, this was raised to 30,000 barrels on April 11, 2011. Although this is a great gain, more work needs to be done with legislature to help craft beer grow in Indiana. Call your representative to let them know what valuable small businesses craft breweries are.

This super hoppy and super malty brown IPA was brewed with our friend James from Brodie’s Fabulous Ales in the “fashionable” East End of London.

On October 17, 1814 in Giles Parish, London, a 22 ft tall wooden porter tank ruptured, causing surrounding vessels to burst, releasing an estimated 323 gallons of house-destroying porter tidal wave. Porters were the overwhelming ale of choice for the London working class. Mushy P pays homage to this English brewing tradition with complex roastiness and robust flavor.

When Baller Stout was created, bourbon barrels were filled with Surly Darkness, Three Floyds Dark Lord, De Struise Black Albert, and Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch. These were aged for 14 months separately and blended together to taste.

Ol’ Leghorn was initially brewed by Floyd and Brynildson during last year’s Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest. In a shout-out to Firestone Walker’s and Nick Floyd’s mutual English heritage, this blonde barleywine was brewed with traditional English ale malting varieties—Golden Promise and Optic base malts- with no specialty malt added.

In order to survive in the 14th century one needed to be a force to be reckoned with. In Brittany, Spain, and France this knight proved his mettle in battle. This tart blueberry ale was brewed in one of our 3,000 gallon foeders in his honour.

This Coffee IPA is the perfect choice if you find yourself awoken by the sound of thunder…especially while sitting around, wondering how far off said thunder is from your current location.

Crescendo of Doom is a hopped up lager. This is no big hop bomb but just a nice drinking beer that comes in at 6.3% ABV. British hops were used in the kettle and then Crescendo of Doom was dry hopped with German hops.

A cherry Gose made with lactobacillus, Michigan cherries, coriander and sea salt.

The Black Flame- (La Flama Negro) It burns brights for those who care to notice. It takes a true beer lover to stray from the norm and experience real flavor. If you can’t handle the black flame, you can’t handle adventure. Made in conjunction with Mikkeller.

Tropical fruit aroma, primarily passion fruit, pineapple, and mango. More subtle notes of berries, melon, citrus, and floral are also present with a full malt profile and a bitter finish.

In celebration of our 20th year. We bring to you the original Alpha King recipe.

A traditional DunkelWeisse. A classic combination of Hefe Weizen with Dunkel, a caramel colored German Wheat(Weizen) Beer. Named after the Roman General who was ambushed by DunkelWeisse drinking barbarians. Aroma is clove, banana, bread dough, biscuits and bubblegum. Moderately sweet throughout with a gentle bitter linger.

Aroma is a grainy malt character mixed with floral, lemongrass and herbal notes from the hops. This pilsner is refreshingly light on the palate with a bitter punch that lingers. Dry, crisp finish.

Hazy NWIPA brewed with pineapple and mango.

Fruity banana esters and clove with more subtle herbal, citrus, and sweet bread notes. This medium bodied Belgian strong ale is malty sweet at first with a bitter warming finish. Brewed with our friends in the band Exodus. If you hit the floor you can always crawl!!

During a routine maintenance mission to The Space Station Middle Finger, astronaut Michael San Antonio sustains critical injuries while in his umbilical spacesuit. After an asteroid shower, he miraculously makes it back to his spaceship and returns to Earth. San Antonio, handsome and athletic, undergoes a highly secretive surgery where his damaged body parts are replaced with robotic ones. Upon recovery, his robotic parts give him superhuman strength and speed. These powers don’t go unnoticed by the clandestine philanthropic group The Order of the Black Phoenix. He is quickly recruited by The Order to battle evil for the good of mankind.

Muscat barrel aged Brettanomyces pineapple saison. Primary aroma is reminiscent of fresh squeezed pineapple juice. The pineapple is balanced by oak, citrus, and fruity/earthy Brettanomyces character.

What I’d like to have right now is for all you fat, out of shape, craft beer drinking sweathogs to keep the noise down while I take my robe off and show all the ladies what a real man is supposed to look like. This Rude Pale Ale is Simply Ravishing!

Bird Lives! On November 26, 1945 Charlie Parker led a recording date for the Savoy label that became known by some as the greatest jazz session ever. Lemony citrus and full of flavor but still easy to drink.

Sour peach saison. Peach candy aroma with subtle tropical fruit, pear and citrus. With a prickling sour taste that lingers and then finishes dry, it really is a peach bomb.

An Aztec-style Double India Pale Ale brewed with corn and agave. Created by rock star/brewer Matt Cortez.

Coffee Scottish Ale. Brewed with specialty Kenyan coffee roast from our friends at Mostra Coffee in San Diego, CA. Aroma is a blend of coffee, almond, berries, and citrus. Taste is bitter right away that mellows into a roasty sweetness, and has a bitter lingering finish.

An Imperial Brett IPA with cherry juice and cherry flavor. Aroma is reminiscent of candied cherries, dried fruit, and a little funk. Taste is sweet and tart at first with a bitter kick that lingers on the palate.

Single-hop IPA. Brewed with an experimental hop from France.

16 ball in the corner pocket? Damn! Scratched again. This IPA with help from a new Slovenian hop adding tropical fruit, berry, and citrus to the nose will help you set up your next shot.

On a dark day in April, Three Floyds and Forbidden Root united over the mash tun. Forces of good and evil combined; they added cherry wood, yellow Birch, lactose and an obscene amount of hops. Their alchemy yielded a force so juicy, so full-bodied, and so complex, it caught fire--and lit up the horizon.

Dark Horse! 3 Floyd’s! The two breweries got together to make a tribute beer paying homage to the Infantry Brigade of the Union Army during the US Civil War known as the “The Iron Brigade”. These “Black Hats” consisting of Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin regimens were fierce warriors with iron dispositions without a doubt. More importantly, they were also beer drinkers and Craft Brewers and if they weren’t busy kicking some Rebel ass and encampment was anticipated for long enough, they would often turn a batch of homebrew to take on the trail to the next battle. “Oil of Gladness” was one of the many nicknames given to the beer these brave men were brewing out on the war path.

An American style IPA brewed with our friends at Boneyard Beer. The aroma is primarily citrus and tropical fruit with more subtle pine and floral notes to balance the fruity nose. Taste is very bitter at first with a sweet, bitter juiciness that lingers.

Gran Crü Ale. A Wylde Ale brewed with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus.Part of this blend dates back to the early days of our sour program circa 2013. Aroma of dried cherries, toasted coconut, eucalyptus and nuts with a light Bretty funk. Mouth-puckeringly sour with a full malt body that finishes dry and tart. Bottle conditioned — may experience varying carbonation levels among bottles. The name is inspired by our good friend of 20+ years, Van Havig of Gigantic Brewing Co. in Portland, Oregon.

Absolute Gnar is a tangy, snappy lactose sour IPA with notes of pineapple, citrus and peach with a velvety smooth finish. Ride the Gnar Gnar!

We made a cold-brew coffee beer with our Robert the Bruce Scottish-style Ale and a custom dark roast from Chicago’s Dark Matter Coffee. Full-bodied with a well-rounded malty profile and roasted biscuit-like notes.

Inspired by one of the greatest tales ever told, Daytona Stinger takes a rocket launcher to your taste buds. Kettle soured and fermented with mixed culture of proprietary yeasts, this sultry ale is aged on black limes, fresh and dried mint, and a healthy dose of mojito extract for a flavor and color boost. Enjoy on hot summer nights and repeat after us, “Stingers pal, stingers.”
